What happens at an appointment?
Once you
have requested an
appointment,
a HOLA Adviser will call you to arrange a convenient time to
meet you. The HOLA Adviser will come to you, you can stop by the HOLA office
or we can meet you for a cup of coffee at your selected cafe.
The HOLA Adviser will
start by determining
what is important to you
in a home loan. Then we will discuss your choices available,
how much you can borrow, what your repayments will be, as
well as ways to save money on your loan.
The HOLA Adviser will then talk you through the application
process and, we will then proceed with the paperwork when you're ready.

What information do I need?
Once you
have selected the home loan that suits you best, you will need to
fill in your application form and get your home loan approved.
To help speed up this process, remember to have the following
documents at hand when your HOLA Adviser visits you:
For All Loans

Two most recent consecutive pay slips

Most recent group certificate
-
Self-employed – the last two years personal and business tax
returns and ATO assessments

ID documents equivalent to 100 pts
Note:

Original documents must be sighted. Photocopies are not
acceptable.

Only
one of Passport, Birth Certificate, Citizenship
Certificate is acceptable. E.g. can not accept both a Passport
and a Birth Certificate.

Unless otherwise indicated, only current identification is
acceptable. Document with an expiry date must be current at the
time of presentation.

Statements for the last six months of any existing home loans, personal loans
and credit cards that are to be re-financed
